Ben Luke has been the sole Member/Manager of Benjamin A. Luke, Attorney at Law, LLC and of Benjamin Luke Abstract & Title Co., LLC since 2007. Ben was born in Baton Rouge, LA and raised in Avoyelles Parish and graduated from Marksville High School. From 1986-1990, he attended Louisiana State University, where he received his B.A. in Political Science with a focus in American Government. In 1993, Ben graduated from Tulane University Law School where he served on the Honor Board and a member of the Student Government Association. Afterwards in 1993, he served as a criminal staff attorney with the Louisiana Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, in Lake Charles, LA before joining in 1995-1998 the law firm of Rimmer, Rawlings, MacInnis and Hedglin in Jackson, MS, practicing in the areas of commercial transactions and litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, employment law, estate law, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy, and banking law. From 1998-2007, Ben was a Member/Manager of Roy and Roy Attorney’s in Marksville, LA practicing Corporate Law, Banking Law, Wills, Successions, Real Estate, and Business, and Collections/Foreclosures. Also, from 1998-2007, Ben served as Vice President and General Counsel of The Cottonport Bank.

LeAnne is an Associate Attorney with over 12 years of experience. Before joining our firm, LeAnne served as an Assistant Attorney General and Deputy Regional Office Chief with the Louisiana Department of Justice, an Assistant District Attorney with Rapides Parish, and practiced with local firms handling civil litigation. LeAnne is a graduate from Southern University Law School, Cum Laude, earning her Juris Doctorate degree; graduate of L.S.U. earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Cum Laude. LeAnne is admitted to practice in Louisiana State District Courts, Louisiana Appellate Courts, the Louisiana Supreme Court, the United States Western District, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is originally from Natchitoches, LA and has been living and practicing law in Alexandria, LA since 2005.
